Our outstanding drive mechanisms provide continuous 24-hour operation and allow you to shake large and uneven loads, smoothly and uniformly. These drive mechanisms are available on all MaxQ Orbital Shakers and come with a 10-year warranty.

Easy to configure

Easy-to-use controls are designed to precisely adjust individual displays for temperature, speed and time. View all parameters simultaneously to prevent risk of error while establishing running conditions.

Designed for flexibility

Incubation, refrigeration, and CO₂ resistance are hallmarks of these lab workhorses. They include configurable platforms for maximum flexibility and capacity. Platforms allow the interchangeability of clamps that hold a variety of lab consumables.

MaxQ incubated and refrigerated shakers

The MaxQ 8000 models are stackable and come in either incubated or incubated and refrigerated options.

Features include:

  • Stack two to three units high for space savings with a speed range of 25 to 400 rpm ±1 rpm
  • HEPA filter evenly distributes air inside the chamber and reduces cross contamination improving culturing conditions; rated at 95% efficient at 0.3 microns for entrapment of airborne particles
  • Ergonomically designed fold down door and a platform that fully slides out
    - Maximum platform height: 154.9 cm / 61 in.
    - Interior chamber comfortably fits 2L Erlenmeyer flasks
  • Maintenance can be performed from the front of the unit without moving or unstacking.
  • Stainless steel interior and built-in drain make cleaning easy
  • Remote alarm comes standard

The Thermo Scientific MaxQ 416 High Performance Table Top Orbital Shaker is designed for long-term use on the bench or inside a controlled temperature environment, such as a CO2 incubator.
