Gene expression analysis

Gene expression analysis requires consistent, linear amplification across a wide range of target concentrations, and our solutions enable you to accurately quantify targets at very low and high levels.  Applied Biosystems real-time PCR master mixes for gene expression analysis are formulated to efficiently detect targets across a wide concentration range to ensure that you accurately capture as much data as possible. We offer both 1-step and 2-step TaqMan probe-based master mixes and SYBR Green master mixes.

Genotyping and genetic variation analysis
