How do I know if I have an error in my plate oligo order and how do I correct it?
Any errors in your plate order appear as red wells in the plate wells section of the DNA Plates Custom Order screen.
To correct an error in a plate oligo, follow these steps:
- Click the well indicator. The Well Information screen appears.
- Modify the plate information. Click Update to view your changes.
- When you're satisfied with your modifications, click Save and Return.
Note: The Add to Cart button does not appear, if there is an error in the order.
