How do I know if I have an error in my plate oligo order and how do I correct it?

Any errors in your plate order appear as red wells in the plate wells section of the DNA Plates Custom Order screen.
To correct an error in a plate oligo, follow these steps:

  1. Click the well indicator. The Well Information screen appears.
  2. Modify the plate information. Click Update to view your changes.
  3. When you're satisfied with your modifications, click Save and Return.

Note: The Add to Cart button does not appear, if there is an error in the order.
