How the Dynabeads Sequencing Cleanup Kit works

The Dynabeads magnetic bead separation protocol consists of three simple steps: binding, washing, and elution. This streamlined process does not require centrifugation or columns, making sample processing straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the protocol can be automated using KingFisher instruments or other automation platforms available on the market.
