The Thermo Scientific HyPerforma Rocker Bioreactor is controlled by the HyPerforma G3 Lab Controller and TruBio software, providing a complete, ready-to-use solution. The Rocker Bioreactor uses Thermo Scientific Rocker BioProcess Containers (BPCs) which provide up to 25 L of working volume and integrates to the pH+dO2 sensor for combined pH, DO, and temperature monitoring.

The HyPerforma Rocker bioreactor bag is designed to create optimal culture conditions for rocked cell cultures with multiple ports, allowing an optimized supply of gases, media, and buffers. These bags are manufactured with our proprietary Aegis5-14 film and produced in a cGMP facility.

 

The proven benefits of Aegis5-14 best support cell culture process development and scale-up needs with confidence and quality, while also providing film consistency through the seed train and production vessels. Rocker bags are available with a sensor puck that includes single-use DO and pH sensors.

  • Rocker bag available in 10, 20, and 50 L
  • Leverages pH and DO sensor technology in a compact assembly
  • Puck placement allows the sensor to be welded into the center of the bag, with the reader attached after sterilization
  • Puck sensor technology allows direct measurement comparisons
