Succinates and CPG Synthesis Supports |
Thermo Scientific DNA Succinates are ideal for the derivatization of controlled pore glass, polystyrene or other supports to use in solid phase oligonucleotide synthesis.
RNA Controlled Pore Glass (CPG) Synthesis Supports are used in the automated synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides (oligoribonucleotides). The CPG support will not swell or shrink and is inert to the reagents used during synthesis. They are offered with a 500Å pore size, ideal for the synthesis of RNA oligonucleotides up to 50 bases in length.
Custom manufactured and tested, RNA CPG supports can fulfill the specific needs of your oligo application.
For more than 40 years, our OEM and custom capabilities in research, development, and manufacturing of nucleic acids continue to be key resources for our global partners at molecular diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and life science research companies.
Bz dA, Bz dC, iBu dG, and T Succinates are formulated as triethylammonium (TEA) salts with standard base protection. Our succinates provide the high quality and stringent manufacturing controls required for bench and therapeutic applications.

RNA Ac rC CPG, iPrPAC rG CPG, PAC rA CPG, and rU CPG are provided with 5′DMT and 2′TBDMS protection. Base protecting groups are easily removed under mild cleavage and deprotection conditions. Mild deprotection conditions reduce degradation during final deprotection and allow for incorporation of dyes and other chemical modifications which may be labile under harsh deprotection conditions.
