The Ion AmpliSeq Rapid Microbial Identification (RMID) Research Panel is a pre-designed custom targeted NGS panel that is available to order on AmpliSeq.com as a made-to-order community panel product.

Ion AmpliSeq community panels, designed with input from leading researchers, are available for any lab to order through ampliseq.com.

  1. Visit Ion AmpliSeq™ Designer at ampliseq.com and sign in. If you do not have an account, follow the registration process to create a new account.
  2. After signing in, go to Pre-designed Panels > Community Panels located in the top navigation bar of the portal.
  3. Browse the Community panel designs or search your panel of interest using the search box on the upper left side.
  4. Add your panel to the cart and follow the checkout process.
