Based on 31 million peer-reviewed journal articles published globally, use this AI-driven tool to:

  • Connect genes with diseases for research
  • Actively link to TaqMan Assays used in published research for diseases and associated genes
  • Identify endogenous control assays for your disease research area with references to published methods and functionality to filter by species and tissue

  1. Start by choosing a disease or gene for your search. Be as general (e.g., “cancer”) or as specific (e.g., “mature B-cell neoplasm”) as necessary.
  2. The search results will contain published research articles associated with your disease research term.
  3. The snippets of text for each article feature TaqMan Assay IDs used in that study. Simply click on the linked assay ID to access the full product details.
  4. Results can be filtered by gene, assay ID, tissue, and species.
  5. Use the toggle on the right to display “All assays” or “Endogenous controls”.
  6. Click the “Export” button above your list of filtered assay IDs to export them in an excel or csv format.
  7. Click the “Export” button in the lower right corner above the publication list to export a list of publications associated with your search parameters in excel or csv format.

Bioz Star scores guide you towards the best products and tools to purchase for your life science experiments, with the number of stars indicating the likelihood that a product will work well in your experiment. Products that have been used more frequently and more recently than other products, as documented in published articles, receive higher Bioz Star scores.

The stars are calculated using a sophisticated multi-parameter mathematical model, with all products and tools evaluated based on the same objective set of criteria.
