Highlights

Powerful separations

Vanquish Binary Pump H delivers industry-leading UHPLC flow performance using SmartFlow, SmartStroke and Adaptive Thermal Effect Compensation (ATEC) technologies at maximum operating pressures of up to 1500 bar (22,000 psi).

Mastering most challenging LC-MS applications

Industry-leading performance results in the highest retention time stability, chromatographic resolution and selectivity. This supports LC-MS workflows using ultra-fast gradients and produces the highest quality data with respect to precision, accuracy and reproducibility.

Automated sample handling

Vanquish Split Sampler HT offers outstanding speed and injection precision using SmartInject technology. It has a default vial capacity of 216 samples, which can be extended up to 8832 samples with the Vanquish Charger sampler extension.

Sensitive analyte detection

The Vanquish Diode Array Detector HL includes LightPipe technology, featuring a long light path with low dispersion for fast and sensitive detection. We offer additional detection options, including near-universal charged aerosol detection, fluorescence detection and mass spectrometric detection.

Biocompatible, easy and reliable tool-free connections

The fluidic pathway of the Vanquish Horizon UHPLC system is fully biocompatible and fitted with Thermo Scientific Viper fingertight fittings, which support near-zero dead volume connections and enable sharper peaks and tool-free setup.

CDS software

The Vanquish Horizon UHPLC system integrates with Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) with compliance tools, networking capabilities, automation, and data processing. We offer standard instrument integration (SII) packages to connect Thermo Scientific HPLC systems to other CDS and MS software programs.
