TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard Panel Instrument Requirements
Several Applied Biosystems real-time PCR platforms are compatible with the TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard Panel. If you already have any of these instruments installed you just need to download the template file (.edt or .sdt), import it into your instrument's data collection software, and then begin your experiment:

- QuantStudio 6/7 Flex Real-Time PCR System

TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard Panel compatible instruments
The TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard Panel is compatible with a range of Applied Biosystems real-time PCR instruments, ensuring flexibility for labs with different throughput and workflow needs. These supported platforms allow you to run the assay in either 96- or 384-well formats and generate high-quality data for downstream Scorecard analysis.
QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System
Maximum throughput, flexibility and scalability
The QuantStudio 12K Flex is fully compatible with both the 96-well and 384-well TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard panels, allowing the processing of up to 4 samples in a single run.

Compatible instrument set-up and support
Use .edt files when working with QuantStudio to export experiment data in this format for direct upload into the Scorecard analysis tool.
Files contain the Ct values needed for Scorecard analysis.
Set up for hPSC Scorecard data collection in 3 easy steps
1. Load your template file
Download the corresponding template file below and open it in the instrument software. The template file contains all of the necessary cycling parameters and sample names to save you time and make sure the instrument is set up correctly.

2. Insert your plate and go!
Insert your TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard plate into the instrument and start the run.

3. Save your data and analyze
After the run is complete, just save your data in a desired location, and you are done. All of the data analysis can be performed by the TaqMan® hPSC Scorecard Data Analysis software.
