Nunc Poly-D-Lysine (PDL) and Collagen I coated plates are designed to enhance the adhesion and growth of primary cells and finicky cell lines in vitro. The PDL synthetic material and the Collagen I protein of animal origin are aseptically coated in either the Nunc regular plates or the Nunc Optical Bottom plates with 10-3 sterility assurance level (SAL).
