graph of emission spectra for eFluor 660 dye

The eFluor 660 dye is configured as an alternative to Alexa Fluor 647 or APC. The spectral properties make it an ideal fluorophore that can be used in any flow cytometry panel incorporating the red laser.

Benefits of eFluor 660 include

  • Direct alternative for APC and Alexa Fluor 647 fluorochromes
  • Stable performance when treated with formaldehyde fixation
